central position in the town
the food could be improved. could an english channel be provided on the tv, eg bbc 24hrs news
the staff is no smile
Well situated for the old town and the new town.
Very clean, spacey room and bathroom, excellent location, friendly hotel staff, excellent view of the old city from the cafeteria on the last floor, great value for money. I decided to extend my stay for a second night. More than satisfied!
About the hotel no. The only thing that there is no parking lot and the price in the public parking is 16euro/day.
The room my wife and I were allocated had a defective a/c unit so we were upgraded to a suit which was very nice indeed. The hotel was very clean but my one disappointment was that after spending the whole day sight seeing we only had time for one drink at the bar before closing at midnight.
The hotel was centrally located and recently renovated to a very high standard.
Treatment received from staff in hotel restaurant.
Excellent helpful Reception staff, comfortable room/suite on 6th Floor with attractive aspect, recently refurbished with excellent facilities and an nice 7th floor location for the restaurant, very central in Cuenca at edge of old city, good base for exploring Castilla-Mancha but Hotel also easy to find with direction signs and on an attractive park/square where parking was cheap and easy to manage. We would be delighted to stay there again.
We were disappointed by the breafast at €8 and the dinner at €10 was no better, when we went to the restaurant at the advertised 20.30 we sent away until 21.00! The cooked food at breakfast was cold and the salad starter at dinner never materialised. Our advice would be eat out.
Very good location, room comfortable, bathroom good.
Restaurant staff particularly indifferent although menu del dia good food.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Good WiFi connection.Room very comfortable.
Very difficult to park, even though the hotel is in front of a square with many parking spaces. They are always occopied and people are constantly cruising to look for a parking space. This makes the position of the hotel inconvenient as most of the sights in Cuenca are in the "upper part" of the town.
Wonderful breakfast ;)
Central Location, Restaurant faciliities
No products in the Dispensers, No shampoo etc Breakfast was expensive, not enough for all guests
Very convenient location close to all of the main attractions and facilities.
Car parking is a problem.
The Hotel was right outside a small park and only a minutes walk to the old town and 5 minuts walk to the Bus/Train station.
the one bad experience was that we had to come home :-)
